How long does setup take?
For a property that arrives furnished, setup typically takes 7–10 business days — photography, listing setup, permit application, and pricing configuration. For an unfurnished property, the timeline depends on the furnishing scope, but we target a live date within 3–4 weeks of signing.
Is there a setup fee?
ThreeBNB does not charge a setup fee. Our compensation is the 15% management fee on ongoing revenue. If your property earns, we earn.
Do I need to be involved in the setup process?
Minimally. We'll need access to the property for photography and staging, and we'll walk you through the permit application (which requires your signature). Beyond that, the operational setup is handled by our team.
What if my property needs furnishing?
We offer a full furnishing and staging service. We'll assess your property, develop a furniture and decor plan calibrated to your target nightly rate and guest profile, and manage the procurement and installation.
What does a 'vacation rental design service' actually produce?
A unit that earns above-average rates because it looks significantly better in photos and in person than comparable listings. The design goal isn't interior decoration — it's photography performance and guest review scores. We design to what Airbnb guests actually respond to, based on what performs in our current portfolio.
